Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to any legal exceptions.

To request a return, please contact The Savvy Den within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with reasonable care taken to prevent damage during return.

For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. We will deal with the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.

Once we receive and check the returned item, any refund due will be processed within the required timeframe and normally using the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the cost of the standard delivery option.
